1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Standard Bookings
- Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable from the moment of confirmation. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made at any time, regardless of the cancellation date or reason. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that the full booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
1.3. Early Check-out
- If you decide to shorten your stay after check-in, we regret that no refunds will be provided for unused nights.
1.4. No-show Policy
- In case of a no-show (i.e., failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation), the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Refunds on Cancellations
- No Refunds As all bookings are non-refundable, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or changes in travel plans.
3. Force Majeure
- In the event that unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other situations beyond our control, prevent you from staying at Orbit Serviced Apartments, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or offer a credit for future stays, subject to availability.
