Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Orbit Serviced Apartments, we strive to offer a seamless booking experience while also being flexible to your needs. Please review the following Cancellation and Refund Policy before making your reservation.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Standard Bookings

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation for free up to 30 days before your scheduled check-in date.
  • Late Cancellation (within 14 days of check-in): A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Same-day Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount.

1.2. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Some special rates or promotional bookings are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. In these cases, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the cancellation date.

1.3. Early Check-out

  • If you decide to shorten your stay after check-in, we regret that no refunds will be provided for unused nights.

1.4. No-show Policy

  • In case of a no-show (i.e., failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation), the entire booking amount will be forfeited.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refunds on Cancellations

  • Eligible refunds (as per the cancellation policy) will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is received.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during booking. If you paid by credit card or bank transfer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

2.2. Refund Processing

3. Force Majeure

  • In the event that unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other situations beyond our control, prevent you from staying at Orbit Serviced Apartments, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or offer a credit for future stays, subject to availability.
